The big question about lean Six Sigma

10 tips can help soon-to-be practitioners begin shifting their workplace culture

Following a presentation or training in lean Six Sigma, questions often have nothing to do with any of the tools or concepts. The most commonly asked question is, "Now that I’ve been taught all these great tools with proven records of excellent benefits, where do I start?" This is something that most lean Six Sigma books do not address in any substantial way, so let’s begin to address the complexities of launching a successful culture shift via lean Six Sigma.
