The new project management
At first, the project to help develop and implement a new website seemed to be a routine matter of developing requirements, forming a project team, developing a schedule and budget, identifying and managing risk, and then leading the forces to a successful completion. Success would be defined by achieving the project’s goals while staying on schedule and under budget.
