Telling timelines

One of the business world’s most powerful videos is "You Are What You Were When," in which Morris Massey shows how events over time shape a workplace’s personality types and cultures. The video aims to help people appreciate individual differences and how cultures are formed, in turn helping their teams work together more effectively. Being a highly visual person, I took something away that perhaps was even more powerful.
