Pre-action checkups improve the catalysts that drive strategic plans and organizational change

Major organizational initiatives, at one time or another, are necessary for organizational development and evolution. Typical examples include technological improvements, ISO systemic corrections, annual strategic planning, profit improvement, competitive pressures, continuous improvement or even companywide lean projects. These initiatives require key management support and organizational synergy that often is assumed by leaders. Requisite synergy from the entire organization, however, may not always be forthcoming, at least to the degree needed for optimal achievement.
