Join SHS only | $134 a year
The SHS Board has long suggested that there is a market for an SHS-only membership and we are excited to offer you this option! If industrial engineering isn’t your background, this membership is for you. Access all that SHS has to offer including SHS member directory, healthcare-specific career center and online tools & resources for only $134 a year.
Join the Society for Health Systems and IIE for only $179 a year | IIE/SHS Professional | IIE/SHS Student
Add IIE to your SHS membership and you’ll join 15,000 members around the world. The Institute of Industrial Engineers is a broad based association of professionals involved with improving quality and productivity. IIE collaborates with SHS to provide SHS member and Board support and makes available a broad array of services including access to training and certificate programs at member discounts.
Already a member of IIE? SHS dues are only $35 in addition to your IIE dues. Add it by going to My Account and selecting "Update Your Member Record."

Diplomate status in the society is awarded to recognize members for their contributions to the Society for Health Systems and to the healthcare industry. Advancement is not simply to acknowledge years of membership in the Society. The emphasis is placed on honoring members who provide substantial service to the Society and to the greater healthcare community. Individuals advanced to Diplomate status are leaders within the society implying not only recognition for past contributions but also the expectation of continuing participation and contributions to the Society and the healthcare community.
