The interdependencies of people empowerment, technology shifts and business needs make the transformation of organizations a challenge.
The business requirements required by shifting markets and corporate needs may throw off or delay change processes. Yet many process which change organizations start in outer departments, facilities which start grassroots initiatives. We will discuss three different dimensions which impact transformational change.
