Global manufacturers today stand at the threshold of uncertainty. Since 2008, widespread economic meltdowns have clouded the outlook for many industries. From the eurozone debt crisis to the volatility of commodity prices, there is no shortage of news headlines predicting that manufacturing, once the backbone of developed economies in Europe and America, will become diminished.
