A different way to operate
Healthcare is healthcare, right? I found that is not true after my first project in the Middle East, which was to figure out how to operate a new hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The hospital was built to U.S. standards with the intent of complying with American architectural guidelines and regulations. I wasn’t overly concerned about the task – until I got there.
