Make time for strategic planning
Clients regularly complain that they are too busy doing their job to worry about improving their business processes. Management focuses on the day-to-day, mundane problems instead of taking a long-term view and concentrating on growth. A crisis may be required to jar executives from their daily routine. The recent storm affecting the Northeast United States is a case in point.
