The six o’clock sweet spot

Working on the road forces daily modifications in my personal processes. At each hotel, I alter my “getting up in the morning” and “getting ready for work” processes. Room layout is different, the distance from the room to the fitness club changes and the time to get from the hotel to the worksite varies. If I let such process variation go unchecked, it would be challenging to arrive at my worksite on time.
