Overcoming barriers to collaboration
The world of Facebook has taught us that there’s a big difference between “liking” something and buying into it.
Such is the case with supply chain collaboration, where two or more companies share certain warehousing, transportation and other supply chain operations for greater savings, sustainability and economies of scale. The concept is admired and respected, yet few companies seem to be participating.
