In today’s business world, we have grown accustomed to working “in” the business and spend an ever decreasing amount of time working “on” the business. To ensure that all employees focus on the right things to move toward our vision and strategic goals, businesses must have a way to keep score. Beware — you will achieve what you measure, so be careful what you measure.
