Pride, principle or process

The first article I wrote for this magazine, way back in the last century, was titled “Is Quality Dead?” It focused on how egos, more than anything else, tend to be the primary factor that constricts a process improvement initiative. More than 10 years later, I would be hard-pressed to come up with a different conclusion.
