A limited number of rooms are available at the conference rate of $189 for a single or double room plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 13 percent). Discount room rate expires at 5 p.m. Eastern time on Feb. 24, 2013, or when the room block is full.
A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required to secure a reservation. Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least three (3) working days prior to arrival, and a cancellation number is obtained. Guests departing prior to their reserved check-out date will be assessed an early check-out fee of $95 plus tax. Guests wishing to avoid an early check-out fee should advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
