The Bellevue Regional Library is located on 110th Avenue NE, between NE 10th and NE 12th Streets, in downtown Bellevue. The library is situated three blocks north of the Bellevue Transit Center. Metro bus routes 234 and 249 serve the library directly. From I-405, take the NE 8th Street exit, go west and turn north on NE 110th street. On-site parking is available.

Coming South or North on I-5, take the W. Seattle Freeway and exit directly (and quickly) onto 4th Ave., then go North about 2 blocks. 4th Ave. runs parallel to I-5. Andy's Diner is on the West (left) side of 4th Ave. Park on both sides of the building (which is a series of old rail cars). We are in the VIP room, ask for the Institute of Industrial Engineers.

Going home, go North on 4th Ave. for about 6 blocks and take the left lane overpass entrance onto 519 (Royal Brougham) which feeds directly into I-5 North or I-5 South or I-90.
