One of the biggest challenges in a lean Six Sigma program is to demonstrate how the results are impacting the financial bottom line of the organization.  Unfortunately, there is not a direct relationship between the way the savings are captured in a lean Six Sigma program and the traditional cost accounting system. A panel of financial and operations executives from multinational manufacturing corporations will present the methods they have been successfully using to get alignment between the lean Six Sigma program and the cost accounting system.
